Sheldon Oxner, CRR Builders President, VP Operations Cinematown
With 30 years in the construction industry, Sheldon made a commitment to quality customer service and helping clients meet their needs long ago. Starting in residential construction and slowly moving into commercial building, he has concentrated only on commercial building since the mid-eighties. Commitment to meeting schedules and budgets has kept many repeat customers through the years.
The focus has been in cinema theaters, retail, restaurants and tenant improvement projects. Sheldon has constructed projects across the United States working for clients who ask for a contractor to go where they are needed.
The work has been accomplished across 36 states. Work has been completed for every type of retail – from big box clients to highly finish build outs. Restaurants of every type – from full service free standing to sandwich shops. Movie theatres – over 150 screens built – from free standing multiplexes to stadium conversions and remodels of existing.
Sheldon has headed up program build outs for clients such as Sprint. His staff handled over 180 new Sprint PCS Retail Stores in a little over 18 months, accounting for $26,000,000 in volume, with as many as 15 stores spread over 8 to 10 states simultaneously.
Sheldon's commitment to clients and his ability to meet the project goals have resulted in many of our clients returning for their construction needs. Sheldon is proud of his association with Dan Lowe, founder of RED Development. Sheldon built Dan’s first “Life Style” center in Wichita, KS in 1990, Bradley Fair, and Dan has gone on to become a major force in retail development for “Life Style” centers throughout the Midwest. Sheldon has been involved in over $20,000,000 of Dan Lowe’s developments over the years.
